ASA Tajarat Tarhan’s Mazafati Dates are harvested from the fertile palm gardens of Bam, in southeastern Iran , where the rich soil and constant sunshine create the most delicate sweetness nature can offer.

Picked at the perfect ripeness stage , when the fruit retains its high moisture and soft skin , our dates are completely natural, free from added sugar or sweeteners.

After hand‑washing and sorting, the dates are stored in ASA’s dedicated cold storage facilities at temperatures between –5 and +5 °C, preserving their freshness, clarity, and glossy texture until they reach international markets.
