ASA Tajarat Tarhan’s Malayer Raisins are made from the finest seedless Thompson grapes grown in Malayer, a historic center of Iran’s viticulture heritage.

Each grape cluster is hand‑harvested, then gently shade‑dried, followed by controlled tunnel processing , using a mild sulfur fumigation for the golden variety and no additives at all for the naturally green type.

Throughout every stage , from grape selection to hygienic packaging , our Quality Control Division ensures consistency, purity, and safety.
