Qaenat Saffron , Mountain Grown Purity

ASA Tajarat Tarhan’s premium Qaenat Saffron originates from the mountainous farms of South Khorasan Province, at elevations above 1,600 meters, where cold nights and bright days allow the plant to accumulate the highest values of crocin, picrocrocin, and safranal.

Harvesting is carried out before sunrise, and the stigmas are dried the same day in controlled conditions to retain their natural fragrance and color , without artificial enhancement.

All stages are monitored under direct quality control according to ISO 3632 Grade 2 / COA Export Certificate requirements.
